Hello!  Pathetically little activity here in the past year.  For one thing, my liaison responsibilities have changed; I’m now liaison for Geography, Geology, Anthrpology, Mathematics & Computer Science, and Political Science.  I’m also unsure whether any pearls of wisdom I dispense are of any value to anyone.  A good blogger knows when to speak – and when to shut up!

Just got word today (8/10) that AccessScience, the online version of the venerable McGraw-Hill Encyclopedia of Science & Technology, will shortly have a new interface and capabilities, including the ability to show videos. See this link for more information.

The plan is to post library developments of interest to faculty, staff and students in geography, geology, anthropology, mathematics, computer science, chemistry, physics, life sciences and ecology and organismal biology.
